We’ve been testing our hand juice machine, it’s fantastic..We’ve made a little a juice from apples I’d bought in Morocco

Then we decided to try juicing the ginger grown locally..
It’s brilliant..now we can sell neat ginger juice as well as making frozen drinks.

Later in the year we have mangos, hopefully they will be used to make juice..
