Almost 2 years ago, a team from the BUDAPEST rally paid for and set up solar equipment for mabourke, one of our poorest villages.. It’s about 30 kms from the town centre.
It’s still functioning well, but we still need to develop the gardening programme, to help alleviate malnutrition by growing a variety of vegetables.
This equipment is expensive so we were incredibly grateful to those who set up the system..
